Make more friends...
2 way friends

How do you give out your number without giving it out? Get an e-business VoIP card that allows anyone to enter their number on the web and have a virtual operator connect you with them direct. How cool is that?

How would you like to give everyone the ability to CALL YOU FREE at any time? Use it in your e-mail signature, on a web page, even your business cards.

This creative VoIP feature is included at no extra charge with our affiliated VoIP service, available 24 x 7 and it's so simple! Call us to get this service.

Unified Calendaring !

A great way to integrate IP communications with business process is GAFYD calendaring. Achieved with Google Calendar and TechEn's customized GAFYD installation.

We know It does little good to schedule an event w/o also communicating with potential attendees, right? Our solution allows just the process of placing the event on the calendar to trigger and perform required communications with attendees.

All potential invitees are NOTIFIED the event has been set. Recepients can then give immediate RSVP reply which provides immediate reports of accept / decline results. Finally, it also provides REMINDER alerts by computer, email or cell phone as desired by the attendee.

ALL of the above business process of managing attendance is performed automatically by your standard calendar system - simply as result of entering an event.

Dear Tom,

Communications, the pulse of business. Today Google Inc. is becoming a player in virtually every aspect of data and Voice communications via GAFYD (Google Applications for Your Domain). These web based server applications (implemented by TechEn) provide ability to cleanly integrate communications directly into business processes.

Business communications occurs in two basic forms - written or verbal (traditionally a letter or a telephone call) and the communication event normally was independent of the business process it supported or that triggered it.

Today "written" communication still comes as letters or memos but also; emails with file attachments, IM, SMS, eBooks and Blogs - as well as combinations of them all. The volume can be overwhelming, just managing receipt, labeling and archiving of these written communications has become a huge burden to companies.

Voice communication has experienced the same explosion of options; landline vs. wireless using either TDM or VoIP technology. While voice mail can often become a form of "tag your it, now call me" game we've also added scheduled or ad-hoc multi-party conferencing (voice, video and web) events to the knowledge worker's tasks.

So how do we both benefit from and simplify these many new communication techniques and associated increased message volume? Answer! "Communication events must be integrated into business process".

A great example is the Google Maps service. If you are locating a business, then of course the next logical process is to communicate with that business. So the one process of finding the business should also integrate with: driving directions, ability to send a message or the option to phone them immediately. Google's map service enables you to do all 3 of the above tasks with no more effort than just looking up the business name.
